I am the 4K Early Childhood Program teacher at St. Clare Catholic School. I did my student teaching at a Catholic school and loved it so much that I have continued for the past 30+ years. I enjoy teaching at St. Clare where I can share my faith and help the children learn stories and songs about God. It is also nice to be able to celebrate the church seasons and traditions. My 20 years at St. Paul School and the last several years at St. Clare have been wonderful. I have been blessed to be a part of this family and it is a joy to be teaching the next generation of learners. My husband Bob and I enjoy gardening, kayaking, traveling and going to our cabin. I have three boys, two are married and my youngest is a freshman at NWTC. We also have two dogs and a cat.

What I love about Catholic Education and the St. Clare Community:
The community is very welcoming and is very family focused. The children are on the same sports teams that helps parents and families get to know each other. I have always appreciated how parish members, parents and grandparents value the school and staff. I still have older parish members talk to me about their children and ask about mine as well. Many parish members feel a great sense of pride about our school and continue to be involved even after their children have graduated. 

Catholic Education provides the ability for children to learn in a faith-filled environment where they can grow and feel loved. I also appreciate the high level of parent involvement.
